((OOC: Any and all Lannisters are more than welcome!))
Tyrion had stopped just outside the city to prepare himself, to make sure he looked the part, as soon as he was in the city time would be of the essence. He had wanted to get to Cersei and Joffrey as soon as possible and assert his new authority. Authority was such a good word and he liked having authority. After he had made himself ready he had quickly entered the city, telling the goldcloaks present that he was Tyrion Lannister with a message from Tywin Lannister. They had soon let him pass. Right now Tywin Lannister and the armies under his command represented the only forces that were really for the Crown, for Joffrey anyway. The Stormlands and the Reach for Renly, the North naturally with the Starks, Stannis Baratheon doing what he could and Dorne, the Vale and the Iron Islands staying very quiet.
Tyrion had brought with him Bronn, a few Lannister soldiers from his father's force. He had had some trouble getting them past the goldcloaks without someone getting stabbed but he had just about managed it. Once in the city he had made straight for Joffrey. As he arrived he had been told that a small council meeting was in session, could there be a better moment?
Before the goldcloaks watching the door could object he had burst through into the room, everyone turning to look at the person who dared interrupt such a meeting. He knew that they would be angry and he would let them have their anger for a moment. Then he would calmly explain that he had been sent here for a purpose, he was here to rescue them, he was here to rule. Well, perhaps he wouldn't say rule, but that's what he would do.
He smiled happily, thinking that this was the happiest he had been in a long time, "I apologize for interrupting the meeting," he said, he bowed to Joffrey, "Your Grace," and then turned to face Cersei, "Sister, a pleasure to see you again." He wondered what Cersei's reaction had been when news that he was being held prisoner in the Vale had reached her. Was there any part of her that had not wished him dead? "I bring urgent news from my father." He reached into his bag and removed the letter from Tywin Lannister.
