Desired Character Cersei Lannister
Character Gender Female
Character House Lannister
Character Alignment Lannister
Character Appearance Cersei has long blonde hair, is slender and fits quite nicely into her Queen-fashioned elegant clothing. She is poised, with eyes that are knowing but deceitful in nature. Despite her fragile appearance her ferocity is revealed when she walks or gestures, as she is astute and acts just as she wants. Every movement is a decision, let it be her siting on the throne or walking to her lover's chambers, her hardness shows.
Character's Goals Cersei wants to please her father, but also remain rich and powerful. To remain in power of King's Landing, take care of her children and be loyal to her true blood family (well, the ones that she approves of that is). She wishes to abstruct all Northern Stark advances of power, as well as any other threat.
Character History thus far Cersei grew up wealthy, her father Tywin remained loyal to the Lannister fortune and in return the children remained in a comfortable home. Her mother died giving birth to her younger, less worthy brother Tyrien. Her twin brother Jaime and her remained close throughout childhood, creating a bond that only twins can achieve; a kind of love that doesn't end at family relations. Although her family life was relatively wealthy and comfortable, the world around the Lannisters grew full of angst and as Cersei grew up so did many men, and the Mad King brought war to Westeros. Cersei was wed to the new king Robert, but despite many yearnings for love in the relationship the lackluster of power and lust only came to the two betrothed for a line of heirs for the King. Cersei realising this, continued an affair with Jaime, keeping her secret in a posh fashion as her husband took up whores. Each were decieved by the other, standing out lines of children both incestuous and of the bastard kind. In the end, Cersei's three children remained in King's Landing, although their blonde hair cured no one of suspicion of Cersei's sexual rampages. After the death of King Robert, Joffrey, Cersei's eldest son took hold of the thrown and remained as mad as he could be. Cersei remained Queen, attempting to harness her son's whims although his violence runs rampant through Westeros, ringing in a war of great proportion. Jaime has been separated from the Lannisters for a long time, and it has been so much of a long dry spell of love for dear Cersei that she has taken few lovers to pass the time. Although her itneractions with her family are little as she truly only cares for Jaime, she remains loyal to her children in order to atleast protect the one piece of Jaime she has left.
Character Personality Cersei's wealth shines through her poised and elegant nature, a frame fit for rule and power and she knows it. She is well aware of her status, her fortunes, her repertoire for lust and sharpness. Containing a conversation with hard wit and ferocity as she does not tolerate indecisive, fatiguing, notion-less people who are prone to manipulation, she expresses her own manipulation on those who know little to fight back. She is a black-hearted mother hen in a way though, as she nurtures her children in what she believes to be her best nature. Ferocous, hard, and prone to quick decisions as she would rather seem strong than weak minded.

Sample Roleplay
It would seem that at dawn the birds beyond the windows of King's Landing chirped in such a bright manour that all would arise and be joyful of the sound. In an instant after the first light hit the city's walls, in the moment that the first bird prepared his beak for the joyous sound, Cersei opened her eyes to bear the day. Another day to dwell over her deceased husband's heir who Cersei could barely imagine any more destruction and grief he could bring. She sat up slowly, she was the head behind these crowns, she was the mind upon the Iron throen, the mind that would have to lead if no one else. She blinked twice and called for her Lady's Maid, who was late.
Not long after her Maid finally arrived did she dress and have her hair brushed, drink a cool glass of water and replace her rings on her long thin fingers. All of the rings that meant most to her, or was expected for her to wear. Wedding gold bands, a brass one from Jaime given to her before he was taken. She flinched then, shaking off the hair-brushing girl to stand up to brace the morning. She'd tend to her breakfast with Joffrey, and then meander her way to find Sansa and dictate duties to her. Dictating dictating, duties, plots--everything was such a roundabout daze these days, and yet she smiled in spite of her self on the way down the cold stone steps to the tables. No there was no Jaime in the whole of King's Landing, but there was her children, and she was still carrying a great crown upon her head. She arrived at the tables and flashed her smile from appearing on her face as she noticed Sansa was already there, the girl arrives swiftly, as I toddle with brushed hair, inner thoughts that she would rather conceal.
"Little Dove, you're awake," she cooed softly, her voice may be steady, clear and almost loving, but her gaze was ice cold. She sat at the table, deciding to leave her hateful whims for another moment today. Sansa was only a girl, but her family took too much away from Cersei to be sensible in any situation, regardless of the innocence of the child. Actions of one member of a House speaks and reflects on the rest, as a stain on their domain as a family.
